Sample Menu

Neapolitan  style 10 inch wood fired pizzas.  We have a wide selection of pizza’s to choose from, but we feel that keeping a menu tight and exciting means that we often limit ourselves to four – six options.    We work with local small suppliers to bring the best of the East of England to your plate.

The Norfolk Broad – beer washed cheese, bresaola, rocket.

Sicilian Summer – artichoke hearts, capers, kalamata olives, dressed with St. Clements zest and parmesan.

The Salt-marsh – local salami with house tomato, mozzarella and thyme.

The Woods – tomato base, walnut, mushroom, mozzarella and garlic.

The Classic – house tomato base and mozzarella. Just like a margarita. But better.

The Grill

Harrissa Lamb – locally reared lamb marinated for two days in a heady mix of middle eastern spices cooked on skewers over charcoal served in homemade flatbread, tahini dressing, yoghurt, leaves and one of our salads.

Slow cooked Sharwarmi Lamb – locally reared leg of lamb cooked in a classic spice and herb combination slow cooked in our wood fired oven. Served with hot flatbread, than sauce and orange salad.

Marinated Norfolk Halloumi with punchy chilli and preserved lemon relish, flat bread and one of our salads.

Salads – a sample trio of our Levantine food we can offer

From the garden: Broadbean, feta and dill. Preserved lemon, olive oil.

From the grove: Orange, olive and red onion and lemon. Sumac and cumin.

From the field: Chickpea, squash and tahini dressing. Roasted red peppers and leaves.

A taste of honey – sweet things to savour

Chic and flavourful cake and sweet treats to end your celebration or event. No fondant icing, but real butter, home reared eggs and the best quality ingredients from our specialist Arabic suppliers.

Citrus and Pistachio Cake served with rose cream.

Orange and Almond cake served with an orange blossom syrup.

Raspberry, berry and yoghurt cake.
