Pop-up food, events and special occasions. We use the highest quality ingredients sourced locally such as free range charcuterie from Norfolk; meat, herbs and eggs from the Waveney Valley and cheese from independent producers in North Norfolk. All cooked with flair over wood. We provide delicious, casual food for our events.
We are based in South Norfolk and can travel to you in Norfolk, Suffolk or Cambridgeshire.

Weddings, business events, family celebrations, community events: we will make amazing, high quality food that will wow your guests and fit in with what you need.
We work with local small scale food producers and suppliers to bring you the best ingredients from East of England to your event. Our focus on quality means that we only work with producers and suppliers that are as focussed upon the ‘ingredient’ as we are. It also means that we have high sustainable and animal welfare standards; our pizza boxes are made from recycled cardboard and can fully biodegrade. The meat that we use is local and free range; our eggs come from free range birds and are organic wherever possible. We grow the majority of our herbs and salads in our kitchen garden. The wood for our pizza oven comes from local sustainable woodland as part of their forestry management programme.
Citrus and Smoke is a micro business based in South Norfolk founded by Kate Slack. Kate has worked in restaurants and pubs as a chef (and everything else!) in Norfolk and Cornwall. Kate loves eating food cooked over wood and the flavour combinations of the Levant and beyond.

Kate and her team prepared a selection of very tasty starters, followed by a variety of delicious pizzas cooked straight from the mobile pizza oven, with an array of amazing salads. The Eton mess dessert was absolutely superb!
